Accurate, Automated Customer Billing
At the end of each billing period, storage and/or handling fees can be automatically calculated and presented to either your existing invoicing system, or our optional Invoicing Module. Either way, your customers are provided with detailed information about everything that has transpired with their inventory during the billing period. Weights handled, pallets received, storage space held, products shipped, items moved, and much more are all billable entities and can be calculated based on the rates you establish for each customer.
Supply Chain Visibility
The AGI WMS provides a real-time connection from the warehouse floor to your business host. From there, this information can be made available to your customers, suppliers, or anyone else in the supply chain through a variety of ways including XML, EDI, e-mail and/or fax communications. Furthermore, a standard internet connection can be used for a password protected viewing of inventory availability, order entry, order editing, and order status inquiries. In addition, you can administer various levels of client users to even allow certain client users to administer themselves - all via the web interface.
Multiple Warehouse
The AGI WMS is designed to manage multiple warehouses with each facility fully defined to the bin level. All inventory, receipts, transfers and orders in each warehouse are managed in the same consistently efficient manner. Information on each product as well as on each location and transaction, in each warehouse, is available on-line in real-time.
Multiple Owner (Client)
Ideal for public warehouses, the AGI WMS tracks and manages inventory, orders, receipts, shipments and lots by Owner (Client). AGI WMS allows workers to view warehouse data by individual owners or by multiple owners. In addition, the AGI WMS can print every inventory, receiving and shipping report, and all picking and shipping documents, by owner as needed.
Reports
The AGI WMS can print or display dozens of management reports useful for operations management and systems maintenance. Reports provided include: Inventory Summary, Location File Listings, Open Order and Open Receipt Reports. All display screens in the AGI WMS can be printed on demand. Additionally, the AGI WMS lets users change the way data is sorted, filtered, displayed and printed. The AGI WMS also provides a print preview capability so users can review and further manipulate reports prior to submitting them to a printer or the print spooler. In addition, the AGI WMS has extremely powerful ad hoc report writing capabilities, inherent in the underlying AGI WMS application, which allows users to develop ad hoc reports quickly and easily.
