This Solution as a Service (SaaS) model offers the benefit of monthly fee for use which better aligns a customer's cost with the timeframe for expected benefits. In addition, AGI provides the infrastructure and system management in a hosted environment that eliminates the need for IT staff managing the WMS systems.

Deployment of a new warehouse management solution typically requires upfront investments including WMS software licenses, annual support contracts, and professional services to set up and integrate with other key business systems. Other investments required include the technical infrastructure for the servers and the real-time wireless network required to run the system in the warehouse.

AGI developed our SaaS model to help our clients reduce the traditionally front-loaded costs associated with putting in a new WMS.

Under the SaaS model, the initial Warehouse Management System (WMS) costs are normalized over the first 12 months of deployment allowing our clients to more closely align benefit with investment. After the 1st year, the monthly fee declines significantly.
